Yes. We attend meetings in person throughout the Valley and by video elsewhere in the state. Parents may bring anyone they choose to an IEP meeting under both IDEA and Arizona law.
Arizona requires the evaluation to be completed within 60 calendar days of parental consent, with limited exceptions. Missing that window is a documented compliance issue you can raise in writing.
