It depends on where you are in the process. Families requesting an evaluation usually start with an evaluation consultation; families with a meeting scheduled start with preparation; families in a dispute start with a records review and options discussion.
Both are available. Some families want an advocate at the table for every meeting, and others prefer consulting so they can attend on their own. We will tell you which fits your situation rather than upselling the larger engagement.
Yes. Charter schools in both states are public schools and carry full IDEA obligations. Private school students may be eligible for a services plan through the district of residence, which is a different process we also handle.
Fees depend on scope — records review, document drafting, meeting attendance or ongoing advocacy. The full cost is discussed during the free consultation before you commit, and hourly consulting is available for families who want guidance without representation.
